
Don J. Rath holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Queens University of Charlotte. A retired finance executive, he lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and writes short fiction and creative nonfiction exploring identity, race, family, and LGBTQ+ experience. His work has appeared in Musepaper, Hypnopomp, ScribesMICROFiction, Blood and Bourbon, Twelve Winters Journal, Barren Magazine, Fiery Scribe Review, LitBreak, and Roi Fainéant. He is also a frequent contributor to the Southern Review of Books. His writing has been supported by the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference and the Juniper Summer Writing Institute at UMass Amherst.
